It is mafd from adjustable buckle arounds the waist, on which you attach the plastic case with ball bearing. Tech toc uses ball bearing and acoustical amplifier. Acoustical sound allow the swimmer to hear the correct hip rotation.
Tech toc allows to set 2 modes. It is possible to set a delay of the ball bearing by turning the tube, so the swimmer has to rotate the hips more. This tool is suitable to improve the pelvis rotation and thereby to improve the strokes when swimming.
